Fresh cucumber salad

photo Prep time: 5 minutes! I’ve got the best salad for you. It’s got 5 ingredients, and it only takes five minutes. I first tasted this when I was at the farmer’s market tasting the little cucumbers. The farm lady wouldn’t give me her recipe, but I think I’ve got it. It may be easy, but its worth the share! Ingredients 1 package of small cucumbers (approx. 6) or 1 large english cucumber 1/8 tsp salt 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp olive oil Directions 1. Slice cucumbers and toss into a bowl (preferably one with a cover so you can shake every after). I use a big tupperware bowl, which is convenient for storage…if there’s any left! Before 2. Toss in the spices and mix. Pour the olive oil into the bowl. Spices 3. Put lid on and shake! This is a seriously terrific recipe that is perfect when you don’t have enough food or need to quickly come up with something. For an extra kick, try adding 1/2 tsp dill!
